The schedule type of the position is part-time basis (50%).
The project is institutionalizing required employability services within the youth communities in Egypt transforming the centers to provide full employability eco-system from career advising, training, job placement and entrepreneurship for the youth population in the 21st century.  
The project will allow the centers to foster the development of entrepreneurial skills and to promote creativity, personal initiative and independent thinking among young people bridging the gap between the educational system and the job market needs in Egypt.
Duties and Responsibilities
o    Work on building network for the teams within the university through the university administration or outside the university with our partners or entities with same goals.
o    Work on creating an internal network within each governorate to work and support the teams objective and goals.
o    Facilitate the coordination between the youth teams and the youth centers within their governorates if needed. 
  • Take full responsibility on the youth programs from coordinating, measuring performance, developing team members and engaging the to our initiatives.
  • Responsible for organizing events during the year for developing the knowledge cycle of the teams members.
  • Develop the knowledge cycle materials and handed to the team within the beginning of the year.
  • Responsible for the logistic preparations for the events and all the event management responsibilities either from deciding the trainings to the number of attendees.
  • Work in cooperation with the youth teams to plan, develop and implement events to highly upskill and impact university’s students.
  • Develop the expanding strategies for the new teams and the number of covered areas.
  • Responsible for the whole recruiting process for new teams including social media campaign, interviewing the candidates , choosing the leader and work in cooperation with the leader to formulate the team board.
  • Lead and coordinate the Youth leaders in daily basics to ensure alignment in the program strategies and reach our objectives.
  • Continuously follow up on the team’s performance.
  • Work on finding opportunities for the youth members and also informing them with those opportunities.
  • Keep track of the impact and upskilling numbers achieved by the teams.
  • Coordinate and manage any communication or support between different teams.
  • Coordinate any other colleague in the team involved with development of the program.
  • Work on building a strong alumni network to support and develop the teams graduates.
  • Help and support graduates within the alumni network to find more opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with at least 1 year experience in youth engagement field or any related field.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Understands the needs of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations.
  • Flexibility in working areas.
  • Fluent in English and Native Arabic languages.
