The schedule type of the position is part-time basis (50%). The project is institutionalizing required employability services within the youth communities in Egypt transforming the centers to provide full employability eco-system from career advising, training, job placement and entrepreneurship for the youth population in the 21st century.   The project will allow the centers to foster the development of entrepreneurial skills and to promote creativity, personal initiative and independent thinking among young people bridging the gap between the educational system and the job market needs in Egypt. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of the entrepreneurial activities of Masr Ta3mal and the Social Innovation Hub. Building partnerships with key incubators, investors, microfinance institutes. Creating opportunities for beneficiaries of the program through partners. Define project tasks and resource requirements related to entrepreneurship activities. Plan and schedule activities related to entrepreneurship activities timeline. Provide direction and support to project beneficiaries. Creating monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for the execution and progress of the collaboration activities through structured reporting and evaluation methodology. Entrepreneurship activities evaluations and assessment of results. Provide technical support for SMEs working on social projects. Responsible for the delivery and showcasing of success stories and case studies. Building a sustainable capacity building model for project stakeholders. Creating and developing a mentorship readiness curriculum for beneficiaries. Developing a mentorship matching tool to support beneficiaries progress and growth. Creativity. Integrity. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. At least 2 years of experience in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Proven Experience in working with startups and incubators. Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English with the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas. Ability to generate ideas and work within minimal guidance. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent planning, organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
