The schedule type of the position is part-time basis (80%).
The project is institutionalizing required employability services within the youth communities in Egypt transforming the centers to provide full employability eco-system from career advising, training, job placement and entrepreneurship for the youth population in the 21st century.  
The project will allow the centers to foster the development of entrepreneurial skills and to promote creativity, personal initiative and independent thinking among young people bridging the gap between the educational system and the job market needs in Egypt.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical management
  • Take full ownership of the technical development of sites required for the different Masr Works initiatives.
  • Technical solutions development to ensure the correct use of the websites.
  • Responsible to provide proposals and detailed requests for sites development for the initiatives to stakeholders. Definition and development of the site, implementation plan, tools required, ongoing execution follow up and reporting on development to the team.
  • Own the achievement of annual commitments and core KPIs across the technical team included in the plan; ensure goals are defined that are meaningful, tangible and measurable.
  • Create and maintain robust partnerships with the selected partners in technology, ensuring clear definition of goals and objectives, regular reporting, timely budget utilization, joined marketing efforts, etc. to make them deliver on time the requests.
  • Coordinate the technical team and follow up on how the development is going from a technical perspective of each of the sites under initiatives.
Partnership Strategy and Execution
  • Work closely with other technology stakeholders to align our objectives with their service. Daily follow up with them in development of sites and services.
  • Microsoft Platforms Expert (Windows, Windows Phone, Dynamics, Azure, and Office).
Reporting and visibility
  • Communicate the strategy and initiative goals and achievements effectively amongst our team and other technology stakeholders.
  • Create and develop the quarterly reports and year reports of the reach and impact for the website user experiences and participation.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in dealing with ASP.NET Websites and SQL Server is preferable as well as having deep knowledge of technical troubleshooting.
  • The candidate needs to be aware of Microsoft Platforms (Windows, Windows Phone, Dynamics, Azure, and Office) and to have demonstrated development on at least one of them.
  • Experience with partnership building and relationship management.
  • Clear understanding of local market conditions and customer behavior in Egypt.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with different stakeholders and presentation skills to engage with multiple levels of management is a must.
  • Training skills.
  • Technical Project Management ability is needed as well as multitasking projects.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
