The schedule type of the position is part-time basis (50%).
The project is institutionalizing required employability services within the youth communities in Egypt transforming the centers to provide full employability eco-system from career advising, training, job placement and entrepreneurship for the youth population in the 21st century.  
The project will allow the centers to foster the development of entrepreneurial skills and to promote creativity, personal initiative and independent thinking among young people bridging the gap between the educational system and the job market needs in Egypt.
Nature of Work:
  • Under the supervision of the Training Coordinator.
  • Trainings done to increase youth skill level in order to secure employment.
  • Working area all over Egypt.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitating and giving training sessions to youth following curriculum/calendar of activities that are designed.
  • Redelivering curriculums will get training sessions on.
  • Preparing reports to Training Coordinator about each training session.
  • Maintaining close communication with youth.
  • Evaluating training sessions to ensure its efficiency.
  • Developing new training materials.

Required Skills and Experience
  • University degree in Business administration or any related field.
  • Holding a Training of Trainer’s certificate is desired.
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in the training field.
  • Preferred experience in working with Youth.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Understands the need of and sensitivity to cultural diverse populations.
  • Flexibility in working areas.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
