The schedule type of the position is part-time basis (50%).
The project is institutionalizing required employability services within the youth communities in Egypt transforming the centers to provide full employability eco-system from career advising, training, job placement and entrepreneurship for the youth population in the 21st century.  
The project will allow the centers to foster the development of entrepreneurial skills and to promote creativity, personal initiative and independent thinking among young people bridging the gap between the educational system and the job market needs in Egypt.
Freelance ME Initiative:
The project is institutionalizing required employability services within the youth communities in Egypt transforming the centers to provide full freelancing eco-system from training and job placement for the youth population in the 21st century.  
The project will allow the centers to foster the development of Freelancing skills and to promote creativity, personal initiative and independent thinking among young people bridging the gap between the educational system and the job market needs in Egypt.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce web design, layout options for review, approval and posting online.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to the Project Manager.
  • Contribute to ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as In-design, QuarkXPress, Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash.
  • Develop interactive design.
  • Create creative designs according to our project standards.
  • Communicate with stake holders and adjusting designs to get their approval.

Required Skills and Experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with 2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Marketing.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator is preferred.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytic tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
Skills:
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Willing to learn and know new technologies.
  • Positive attitude, detailed and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Organized in order to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
