Project Overview and Role

1.Overview

Palladium requires a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences via online learning methodology.
  • Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Applying instructional design theories, practice and methods for maximum knowledge transfer and retention
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and advising on online learning module framework
  • Delivering high volume, high quality content and implementation
Responsibilities
2.Scope of work
  • Identify and project manage course development map and release timelines
  • Research, collate and source content from internal SMEs, and external best practice
  • Utilise online learning software to develop module templates to apply consistency to training
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Apply Palladium?s language and branding guidelines to content
  • Research and recommend options for professional voiceover time and cost
  • Develop and rollout publishing plan for each module?s release
  • Develop and implement training registration and monitoring process with technology available
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Requirements
4.Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instruction design modules
  • Proven working experience and high volume delivery in a global organisation
  • Proven experience in content management and collaboration with SMEs
  • Experience in using the Articulate suite and blackboard (tbc) desirable
  • Visual design skills utilising company graphics and photo library and ability to storyboard
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional test, audio scripts and video scripts
  • Lesson and curriculum planning experience
  • BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
