Project Overview and Role
1.Overview
Palladium requires a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences via online learning methodology.
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Applying instructional design theories, practice and methods for maximum knowledge transfer and retention
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and advising on online learning module framework
- Delivering high volume, high quality content and implementation
Responsibilities
2.Scope of work- Identify and project manage course development map and release timelines
- Research, collate and source content from internal SMEs, and external best practice
- Utilise online learning software to develop module templates to apply consistency to training
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Apply Palladium?s language and branding guidelines to content
- Research and recommend options for professional voiceover time and cost
- Develop and rollout publishing plan for each module?s release
- Develop and implement training registration and monitoring process with technology available
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
Requirements
4.Requirements- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instruction design modules
- Proven working experience and high volume delivery in a global organisation
- Proven experience in content management and collaboration with SMEs
- Experience in using the Articulate suite and blackboard (tbc) desirable
- Visual design skills utilising company graphics and photo library and ability to storyboard
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional test, audio scripts and video scripts
- Lesson and curriculum planning experience
- BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
