| Education |
University degree in the field of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Bachelor of Arts majoring in following fields: languages, marketing, communication, law or accounting is required.

| Work Experience |
Four years of professional experience in the field of human resources or related administrative work that includes data collection and analysis, and interpretation of detailed policies and regulations. One out four years of experience with the United States Government or a well-established international organization where English is a primary language is required for a successful candidate to be hired at the full performance level.

| Language |
Levels IV English and IV Arabic are required. Language proficiency will be tested.
